Ingredients
  

  • Ground Beef 80/20 or 90/10
  • BBQ seasonings Any kind that you like
  • Toppings Optional; any toppings

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat smoker to 350-375F
  • Form beef into patties of desired thickness
  • Season both sides of patties
  • Place patties on hot smoker
  • Check temperature after 20 minutes
  • Remove once 160F internal

This recipe is one of our favorites and we have been making it a lot lately! This is a very forgiving recipe and one that people will ask for over and over again!
